| Department of Mathematics of Maulana Azad Memorial College Jammu organised a Lectureon “Tuple Correspondences” under the patronage of Prof. Dr. G. S. Rakwal, Principal of thecollege on 25/02/2022. Dr.Shally Gupta, Head of Department, in her welcome addressintroduced the resource person Dr. Atma Ram Tiwari , Assistant Professor, Department ofMathematics, Rashtriya PG College Veer Bhadhur Singh Purvanchal University Jaunpur,India. She briefed the need of organizing such lectures which was aimed at theunderstanding of fractals thereby making budding researchers understand the scope andneed of the subject. Prof. Dr. G. S. Rakwal, Principal of the college lauded the efforts ofDepartment of Mathematics in organizing such lectures. Dr. Atma Ram Tiwari deliberated indetail the basics of Complex Analysis and Complex Dynamics and then introduced thestudents to the field of fractals. He also interacted with the students and answered thequeries raised by the participating students and faculty. A great number of studentsparticipated in the Lecture. Faculty members including Dr. Anupama Gupta, Dr. KamaljeetKour, Prof. Rajesh Kotwal, Prof. Vishally Sharma, Prof. Sonam Mehta, Dr. Khalid Manzoor,Dr. Charu Sharma, Dr. Sumita Lalotra were present during the lecture.
