| A workshop on new age skills and careers was organised at MAM College. Ms Geetika kohli Founder Thinksta was the Resource person for the workshop. About 45 students participated in the event . Prof G.S Rakwal Principal of the college lauded the efforts of the Career counseling and placement cell in organising such relevant topics which benefit the students in choosing a career.Ms Geetika kohli in her sessions talked about varied new age careers like content development, brand/retail management, financial consulting, hospitality/Tourism etc She reiterated that the modern age requires keeping abreast with latest career options available as the traditional options are becoming less available due to changing market dynamics. Prof Bharti Slathia Convener Career Counselling, Dr. Banpreet kour, Prof Mohd Ashraf, Prof Meenakshi Thakur, Prof Vijeeta Anand were instrumental in organising the workshop |
