| It is a matter of great pride and happiness that the annual Newsletter of Maulana Azad Memorial College, Jammu was released after eight years under the patronage of worthy Principal of the college, Prof (Dr.) G S Rakwal who was also the chief guest of the event. The Convener of the Newsletter and Head of the Department Persian Dr. Munir Hussain and Dr. Rakesh Jasrotia, Head of the department Geography and President, CTA presented a welcome bamboo offshoot to the Principal. The Newsletter was officially released by the esteemed Principal of the College.The program began with a welcome address by Dr. Munir Hussain and the program was anchored by Dr. Shehnaz Qadri. The Principal of the College lauded the efforts of the committee members in successful completion of the Newsletter. The event was attended by all the heads of the Department of the College and the organizing members of the Newsletter Committee including Prof. Sarabpreet Kour, Prof. Mehjooba Bano, Dr. Inderjeet Kour, Dr. Mohinder Nath Sharma, Dr. Shehnaz Qadri, Prof.Anupama Kumari, Dr. Atiya Noor, Dr. Harbhajan Singh and Prof. Shabir Ahmad |
