| Department of English, Maulana Azad Memorial College, Jammu organized a Slogan Writing Competition on the occasion of World Environment Day on 6th June 2022 in collaboration with IQAC under AZADI KA MAHAOTSAV under the patronage of the worthy Principal of the college, Prof (Dr.) G S Rakwal. The Head of the department Prof. Ruth. K. Masehi began the program by speaking about how to save our environment. Students from all semesters participated in the program and gave expression to their creativity. The participants made colorful posters on the theme. The motto of this activity was to create awareness in the students to save the environment.Sachin Sharma in the 4th semester won the first prize, Puneet Choudhary in the 4th Semester won the second prize, and Monica Kaila and Cherry Charak in the second semester won the third prize.
