| 19th October,2022, NSS Unit of Maulana Azad Memorial College visited Ward number-31 of Jammu City and participated in Mega Swachhta Drive under the aegis of clean India campaign 2.0. This event was carried out under the patronage of College Principal, Dr. G.S. Rakwal. The NSS volunteers cleaned the street area as well as the roadside area in the presence of a sanitary supervisor. About 250 kg of plastic/solid waste was collected from the spot. The waste was then handed over to the concerned representatives for its proper disposal. NSS Programme Officers of the college, Dr. Koushal Kiran Thakur and Shabir Ahmed were the supervisors of the event. |
