| The NSS units of Maulana Azad Memorial College Jammu, a constituent college of Cluster University of Jammu under the patronage of worthy Principal of the college, “RUN FOR UNITY” organised in collaboration with IQAC. Run is flagged off from college campus to Nehru market, Warehouse, Jammu.The RUN FOR UNITY is organised to celebrate National Unity Day. The day is celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The idea behind celebrating this day is to make people aware of the strength of staying together.This day was celebrated by near about 50+ NSS Volunteers with great zeal and enthusiasm.The run was joined by Prof. Neeraj Sharma (co-ordinator IQAC ), Prof. Ruth Kareem Meashi (Convener, NSS Advisory Committee) , and other faculty members of the college. The whole programme was organised under the supervision of NSS Programme Officers Dr. Koushal Kiran Thakur and Prof. Shabeer Ahmed. |
