| The occasion of Samvidhan Diwas (Constitutional day) commemorating the day of adoption of our constitution was celebrated in the college with great zeal and enthusiasm. The function started with reading out of the pledge by Akshar Goswami, student of Sem 2nd joined by NSS Voulnteers of the college, faculty of the college. A symposium Competition was also organized by the department of Political science in collaboration with NSS unit of the college. The topic for the competition was “India, A vibrant Democracy”. The event witnessed huge participation. Sajad, Muskan and Arushi secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. Aayushi and Gurbeen Kour secured consolation prizes. The entire programme was coordinated by Gurbeen and Gurleen Kour of semester 1st and NSS voulnteers. The event was adjudged by Prof Jozhpheen Afzal, Prof Sarabpreet Kour and Dr Atiya Noor. The formal vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Seema Jamwal. Dr. Kiran Koushal, NSS PO, Asst. Prof Shabeer Ahmed NSS PO, Asst. Prof Lukesha Dubgotra and Asst.
