Symposium on "Significance of Fundamental Rights"
A symposium titled "Significance of Fundamental Rights" was organized by the Department of Political Science under the aegis of My Constitution My Pride.The students highlighted the significance of Fundamental Rights.The students deliberated upon the several fundamental rights enjoyed by the people of India.The students highlighted the fact that democracy cannot survive without these rights.These rights enable the people to live life with full dignity and much beyond mere animal existence.The entire event was organized under the able guidance of Dr Sanjay Karlupia, Incharge Principal of the College .Dr. Seema Jamwal (HOD Political Science ) coordinated the entire program. Prof Shahnawaz from Department of Urdu and Dr. Swati from the Department of Education were the jury members.Prof Neeraj Sharma ,IQAC Coordinator and Dr Vishal Sharma IQAC Co-Cordinator also graced the ocassion. Rishu kumar of Semester 1st bagged the first position, Urvashi Thakur of semester 5th secured 2nd position, Muskan Manhas of 3rd semester secured 3rd position. Muskan Mehra of 3rd semester secured consolation prize. Maimoona Khan from semester 5th presented the formal vote of thanks.
