| The Department of Physics in collaboration with IQAC, Maulana Azad Memorial College Jammu organized a seminar on topic “Humara Sankalp Viksit Bharat” to commemorate VIKSIT BHARAT @2024 under the closed guidance of Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Incharge Principal of the college. Viksit Bharat @2047 is the vision to make India a developed nation by 2047, the 100th year of Independence. The vision encompasses various aspects of development, including economic growth, social progress, environmental sustainability, and good governance. The program started with the welcome address by Prof. Rajesh Kumar Gupta Head Department of Physics, who gave the brief introduction of the seminar. Nine students namely Ayushi Khajuria, Akash Katoch, Rajeshwar, Nandani Mahajan, Sumit, Raghav Kholi, Ansh Ghandi, Tariq Parveez, Danish Bargotra presented their views on the topic. These students were judged by Dr. Monita Bhat, Dr. Sonia Sharma and Dr. Inam Wani in which Mr. Raghav Kolhi got first position. The 2nd and 3rd positions were secured by Mr. Akash Katoch and Miss Nandani Mahajan respectively. The certificates of positions and participations were distributed to the speakers. Dr. Palvi Gupta and Dr. Deepika Jamwal were also present on the occasion. The whole event was compered by Prof. Pinki Kotwal. And the programme ended with formal vote of thanks presented by Prof. Poonam Angotra. |
