| In continuation to the series of events competitions conducted under the banner of “77th Independence days celebrations” and Swachhta Pakhwada campaign, NSS units under the aegis of IQAC of Maulana Azad Memorial College, Jammu organised a Cleanliness Drive on 14th of August, 2024 under the guidance and able leadership of the Principal, Prof.(Dr). B.B. Anand of the college. This program was organised as a part of the Independence Day Celebration program from Ist of August to 15th of August 2024 as per the directives issued by the Principal Secretary to the Higher Education Department, J & K. A number of students also participated in this drive which was organised in the college campus. Dr. Amit Pal Kour, Dr. Seema Jamwal, Dr. Deep Chand, Dr. Shiv Mangal, Dr. Rajinder Kumar, Dr. Harbhajan Singh, Prof Simran Raina and Prof. Sham Lal accompanied the students during the Cleanliness drive.Prof. (Dr) B.B. Anand Principal, Maulana Azad Memorial College Jammu on this occasion stressed the students and staff to come together to keep our surroundings clean and green and thereby protecting our environment and ecosystem. He also applauded the students for their active participation. The whole event was organized by Dr. Kailash Sharma (NSS PO), Prof. Dheeraj Kumar Bhardwaj (NSS PO), Prof. Lukesha Dubgotra (NSS PO). |
