| Maulana Azad Memorial (MAM) College organized an Extension Lecture as part of the Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2024 under the patronage of Principal Dr. B. B. Anand and the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The theme of the event was "Culture of Integrity for Nation’s Prosperity," with retired IGP Sh. S. S. Bijral IPS as the guest speaker. Prof. Shamboo Nath Manhas served as the Organizing Secretary, and the event was coordinated by a team including Dr. Seema Jamwal, Prof. Swati, Dr. Bharti Slathia, Prof. Menaka Rajput, Prof. Sham Lal, Dr. Devika, and Prof. Shabir.The event began with a welcome address by Dr. Devika, followed by a lecture where Sh. Bijral emphasized the importance of integrity and nation-building, encouraging students to draw inspiration from luminaries such as Rabindranath Tagore, Swami Vivekananda, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, and Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Principal Dr. Anand also addressed the students, urging them to embody the values of these great figures to contribute to the nation's prosperity.Dr. Bharti Slathia delivered the formal vote of thanks. The event was attended by several faculty members, including Dr. Gurdeep Kour, Dr. Jeevan Dhar, Prof. Shivali Gupta, Dr. Rakesh Jasrotia, Dr. Simran, and Prof. Gagandeep. |
