The Department of Business Administration of Maulana Azad Memorial College, Jammu under the able guidance of worthy principal Prof Archana Kaul organized an awareness program for the students by faculty members from the “International Centre For Cross Cultural Research And Human Resource Management”, University of Jammu. The event aimed at providing students with the useful insights about the career opportunities after graduation.The program commenced with a warm and insightful introduction by Dr. Pallavi Bhagat, Assistant professor, BBA department. The formal welcome address was presented by Prof Ajay Kumar, Assistant Professor, BBA department. The resource persons for the awareness session were Dr. Parul Mahajan and Dr. Isha Sharma from International Centre For Cross Cultural Research And Human Resource Management” , University of Jammu. They delivered an engaging and informative session, offering deep insights into the scope, challenges and immense possibilities in the field of international business. Their address encouraged students to think beyond conventional boundaries and explore emerging global opportunities. The useful insights about career opportunities and exams like CAT, MAT , JUET were provided to the students. , They illustrated students to pursue MBA in International Business that can serve as a powerful tool for achieving personal and professional aspirations. The session motivated students to align their educational goals with a global vision for a successful and fulfilling career. 105 students from various disciplines including NCC unit, Business Administration, psychology participated in the session. The faculty members who were present in the event included Dr. Rajinder Kumar, Assistant Professor, Psychology department, Prof. AjayKumar, Dr. Pallavi Bhagat and Prof. Shiv Kumar.The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Prof Shiv Kumar, Assistant Professor, BBA department who expressed gratitude to the guest speakers and encouraged students to take full advantage of such opportunities. |
