Department of Education organised a Slogan writing competition on "The Effects of Corruption on Health , Education and Development" on 9th December 2021 on the eve of The International Anti Corruption Day. The competition was organised under tha patronage of worthy Principal Prof. Dr. G. S . Rakwal. He shared the valuable knowledge and reiterated that the youth the power of changing the society. He further explained that corruption threatens the democratic institutions. Corruptions takes freedom, health, money and sometimes lives of people. So the responsibility of eradicating corruption from its roots lies on the shoulders of youth, who are the future of this nation.Besides 13 participating students, a number of students and faculty members were present on the occasion. The students were adjudged by Prof. Kawaljeet Kour, Prof. Seema Jamwal and Prof. Meenakshi Thakur. Mr. Bunty Singh, 3rd Semester bagged the first position. Second position went to Renu Bala of 5th Semester and Anushka Koul from 3rd Semester bagged the 3rd position. Consolation prizes were presented to Yasir Ahmed Lone and Anshu.Vote of thanks was presented by the Head of Department Prof. Jozfen Afzal. |
