| A webinar on the theme “Netaji Subash Chander Bose and his role in the Freedom Movement” was organized by the Department of History, Maulana Azad Memorial College, Jammu under the patronage of the worthy principal of the college, Dr. G.S.Rakwal to commemorate our great freedom fighter, Netaji Subash Chander Bose and celebration of his Birth Anniversary on 23rd January, 2022. The event was attended by other luminaries of the college viz., Dr. Sanjay Karlupia (HOD, Geology), Dr. Ranjodh Singh (HOD, History), Dr. Harbhajan Singh (Staff Secretary). The welcome address was presented by Prof. Dheeraj Kumar Bhardwaj (Assistant Professor in History) after which the principal of the college, Dr. G.S. Rakwal presented his comprehensive views on the theme and encouraged the students for their performances.All the students shared their views one by one and a detailed information about the entire life and the efforts made by Netaji in the freedom Movement. The programme culminated with the enlightening speech and formal vote of thanks presented by Dr. Ranjodh Singh. |
