| Department of Chemistry, Govt. Maulana Azad Memorial College ,Jammu incollaboration with IQAC in continuation to the celebration of 75th year ofIndependence day under the title of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” organized onlineSlogan writing competition on the topic “SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT” on31st January 2022 under the patronage of Principal of the college Dr. G.S. Rakwal.The competition was organized to promote awareness among students about theirsurrounding environment. A total of 42 students from various streams of the collegeparticipated enthusiastically in the event. Dr. Shally Gupta and Dr. Anupama Guptawere the judges for the competition. The first prize was bagged by Aman Dutta,(student of B.Sc. Sem III ) while second prize was bagged by Pritti Devi ( student ofB.Sc sem III). The third position was shared between two students Chaitanya andTanish Singh ( students of B.Sc Sem -I). The event was coordinated by Dr. SumitaDham, Dr.Inderjeet Kour, and Dr. Satinder Juneja of deptt of Chemistry. PrincipalDr. G.S. Rakwal applauded the efforts of the students and faculty of the chemistrydepartment for successfully organizing the event |
